This subject does not fit right into this topic. However, because it has been over 90 days since I posted my answer, I thought it might be good for everyone to have the correct information where someone might find it. I do not want to be misleading. According to the 01-06-2020 post, I wrote that MoodTracker.com users could record measurements via text messaging. For quite a while now we can only use email reminders to help us track our measurements. If you use a browser on a cellphone, you will be able to record all of the measurements you created.
